Request for Expression of Interest - Business Application Analyst

The Department of Communication & Digital Transformation (DCDT) under the Ministry of Prime Minister wishes to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of Business Application Analyst.

Purpose of the Position

To guide government agencies and the DCDT in devising effective and efficient IT applications and business technology solutions to improve government processes and increase efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Request for Expression of Interest - ICT Policy Advisor

This role will provide the Department of Communication & Digital Transformation (DCDT) under the Ministry of the Prime Minister, as Minister responsible for ICT, Telecommunication and Broadcasting, with a resource responsible to strengthen ICT policy, regulation, and legislative framework.

This will ensure that ICT development continues to reflect world best practices and is suitable for the goals and context of Vanuatu based on the National Sustainable Development Plan – the People’s Plan.
