MASTERPLAN

The International Telecommunication Union (ITU), with funding support from the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and Arts (DITRDCA) of Australia, in combination with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), provide ongoing technical assistance to the Government of Vanuatu in support of the development of the Digital Transformation Masterplan and associated strategies.
